Package
Each piece of jewelry is carefully and securely packaged in a box and protective film, so you can rest assured it will remain intact during delivery. Upon request, your jewelry can be packaged in a branded gift box.

Returns and complaints
The buyer has the right to cancel an online purchase before receiving the item. Undamaged accessories can be returned up to 14 days from the date of purchase. In this case, if the item was handed over to the delivery service, the buyer has the right to request a refund, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is paid by the buyer and will be deducted from the total order amount. Do not send cash on delivery packages - they will not be accepted.
If the item has already been received, the buyer has 14 days to cancel it, not counting the day it was received. This means that within 14 days, the buyer must declare their desire to return the item and ship it back to the seller.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and is at their own expense.
The item must match its original specifications, show no signs of wear or use, and retain the tag and seal. If there are signs of use, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return.

2. The presence of hairspray, perfume, glitter, or other traces of makeup.
3. Other obvious signs of wear.
4. Removal of the tag and seal from the jewelry.
The following items are not accepted for return:
1. Items with signs of use.
2. Items custom-made for customers (to match a wedding dress, shoes, handbag, or other details of a wedding look).
3. Items shipped within 14 days of receipt.
4. Items without tags or seals.
